- A car crashed into mom’s house, I called the cops, I was documenting the scene, the cop jumped the fence, took my phone and broke my arm. After taking to ‘the station’ he went into my device and deleted the photos and videos. I had video of the first witness conversations; the drivers identification and insurance information; images of the vehicle and the damage to the house and yard from within 3 minutes of the crash. The Kanawha County Police destroyed the evidence.
- I was assaulted at the DMV during the Covid pandemic because I had a PPE mask on, he didn’t state that; however, I’m sure that was the case. The CDC, whom had extended beyond their authority, had lifted the ‘mask mandate’ for government employees this exact same day. I called 911 and asked for assistance because I had been assaulted. Kanawha County Police, DW Dalton (Brittney’s babydaddy) showed up and took me into custody for ‘assault’. I was taken to Rusty Walter Casto at the Kanawha County Courthouse, where Rusty changed the false allegations from ‘assault’ to ‘assault on a child near a school’. 6 months later; the law firm, Giatras, was working with the Magistrate and the Police. I followed the Nor’easter.
